Thank Gosh??

I've been hearing this a lot latley...

"Thank gosh it's Friday, thank gosh I don't have to go to the store tonight, thank gosh the day is almost over, thank gosh we are busy today..and so on and so forth...

When I hear this, it's like an arrow straight to my heart. As Christians we're supposed to love but man that's hard when I hear this, especially from other Christians.

Who in the world is gosh?!? (insert sarcasm...I know that's not a book of the Bible and I know that's not my King's name lol...ok sarcasm over)

Here I am wanting to shout out loud: Thank you LORD for the many blessings you've given us this day and people are thanking "gosh".

The Lord has his mind on us. He knows what we need and He provides those needs in His time. Whether the world acknowledges Him or not He's there providing.

We should praise Him actively and out loud. Whatever we do, whereever we go, whoever we see we should thank God. We can't see Him, but we hear Him and He certainly sees us and hears us. As God's children we need to let people know who we serve.

The world needs to know He's a good God and He's the one providing all of those good things everyone enjoys so much.

Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near.
Philippians 4:4-5
